BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

House 87 Barber & Beauty Salon is a small local business and we work with limited appointment spots per day, so when we get your appointment schedule, we make sure this time is reserved exclusively FOR YOU,  we make sure that your appointment with us will be unforgettable and tailored according to your needs, offering you a fully qualified experience.

When you book YOUR FIRST appointment as a NEW CLIENT, you will be required to pay a deposit according to the services selected: 

The deposit paid is not an extra charge,  this amount will be added on your account to hold your booking and at the end of the service, you will receive your final bill, minus the deposited amount.

 Please be aware that the only way you would ever lose your deposit is:

  • if you cancel your scheduled appointment within 48hrs,

  •  don't show up for your appointment

  • Being late more than 15 minutes for your scheduled appointment. 

To ensure the return of your deposit please advise House 87 Barber & Beauty Salon on 07 31589393/ 0427 868 818,  48hrs prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel or re-schedule otherwise you will forfeit your deposit.

This minimum cancellation period will give our professionals a fair opportunity to fill your now vacant spot in their diary. 

Your deposit will be refunded minus paypal surcharge – 5%

If you are using a gift voucher 50% of the voucher will be charged if the cancellation is received with less than 48hrs notice. 

BOOKING POLICY

For those appointments booked before 24 hours. If there is a spot available for booking on our website less than 48 hours before it is due to commence, then unfortunately there will be no opportunity for you to cancel.

RESCHEDULE /CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY

Cancellation/no show policy for House 87 Barber and Beauty Salon Appointments.
 We understand that there are times that you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family.

However, if an appointment is not rescheduled/cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, to allow us reasonable time to re-book the time slot, we we must charge as though the appoint has been performed. No charge will occur for unforeseeable circumstances. E.g. Illness supported by doctor’s note.

For Phone/Facebook booking:

To guarantee the appointment/reservation, credit card details will be required for a pre-authorisation. Please Note, this money will not be charged to your credit card, unless otherwise agreed, but will be frozen for 5 business days, provided you attend your appointment. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, the credit card details you provided WILL be charged. (Please see our Cancellation Policy).
 


DELAYS POLICY

We understand that delays can and do happen. However, if you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment, with respect and consideration to our other clients, we must reschedule the appointment and a 50% of your appointment booking will be charged. (We encourage you to be 10 minutes early to your appointment to avoid delays and disappointment).

PACKAGES/ LOYALTY CARD POLICY

Without prejudice to the provisions of the General Conditions of Provision of Services, examined in this act, the provision of services is subject to the following conditions:

 House 87 Barber & Beauty Salon provides the contracted services according to their previously established schedule and service providers.

Qualified professionals will be available to serve the client properly, according to their needs as required by Australian standards:

Re- booking: The client will have the right to re- book the sessions, previously scheduled, within the term of the agreement, with prior notice of a minimum of 48 hours in advance via email. If the client is missing, without prior notice, the session will be deemed as performed.

 Validity periods: Every 5 contracted sessions, the client will have the term of 45 consecutive days to use them, and, consecutively, as follows:

 

01 sessions → 2 weeks  or 14 calendar days

05 sessions → 1 month and 15 days or 45 calendar days

10 sessions → 3 months or 90 calendar days

 

Maximum amount of reschedules in relation to 7.4.a are as follows:

01 sessions → 1 reschedule

05 sessions → 2 reschedule

10 sessions → 3 reschedule

 

Cancellation:
a) This Term may be terminated at any time, upon written request, at least ten (10) days prior to the due date of the next instalment. In case of cancellation of the packages before the end of their term, at the clients initiative or as a result of the clients failure to comply with his contractual obligations, All discounts and allowances shall be forfetted by the client and each treatment/procedure already performed as a result will be charged at normal rates. All monies owing to House 87 Barber & Beauty Salon should be paid in full.

b) If the request for cancellation is received by House 87 Barber & Beauty Salon after the aforementioned date, the Client will be charges as normal.

c) In the event of non-compliance with any of the contractual clauses and / or regulations House 87 Barber & Beauty Salon by the CUSTOMER, as well as any conduct of the CUSTOMER contrary to morality and good manners or that, in any way, causes disruption in the environment, instructors, or other regulators, the contractor may terminate this Agreement without any encumbrance and without due restitution of any amount already paid.
d) If House 87 Barber & Beauty Salon is permanently unable to provide the contracted services, the client will be reimbursed 100% of the value of the unused sessions, once the activity is interrupted.

GIFT CARD POLICY

Please note : Upon purchase, you have six months to use your gift card before it expires.

Gift cards can not be exchanged for money.

Gift card can be  no promotional prices

YOU CAN ADD MONEY

HOUSE 87 BBS ONLINE GIFT CARDS 

You can purchase HOUSE 87 BBS ONLINE GIFT CARDS  gift cards online in Australian Dollars between the values of $20 until $200. The online gift cards can only be used in store at House 87 Barber & Beauty Salon.

Gift cards can only be redeemed for services or products and can not be exchanged for cash. If the full amount is not used within a single transaction, the remaining balance on the gift card can be use in the next transaction with or as part payment along with cash or credit card and, again, can not be exchanged for cash.

Our HOUSE 87 BBS ONLINE GIFT CARDS  will be sent via email and will not incur any shipping or handling charges.

When you make your booking with your online gift card, you will need to call HOUSE 87 Barber & Beauty Salon with your gift card code on:

07 3158 9393 / 0427 868 818  from Monday to Saturday 9.00am - 6.00pm. You will Need to bring your gift card with you to your appointment.

For your convenience, a signed balance will be attached to you gift card after purchases are made.

HOUSE 87 BBS  IN STORE GIFT CARD

You can purchase House 87 BBS Gift Cards in store in Australian dollars between the values of $20 to $1000. (In store only). Please note that gift cards purchased in store are subject to the same terms and conditions as gift cards purchased on line. 

Gift cards can only be redeemed for services or products and can not be exchanged for cash. If the full amount is not used within a single transaction, the remaining balance on the gift card can be use in the next transaction with or as part payment along with cash or credit card and, again, can not be exchanged for cash.


GENERAL POLICIES FOR GIFT CARDS

All House 87 BBS Gift cards are excluded from any sale or promotion and will not receive the discounted price.

All House 87 BBS Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Lost, stolen or destroyed gift cards will not be refunded for cash or replaced. The gift card will not be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.

Gift card balances can be checked by emailing house87bbs@gmail.com. Make sure to send the following detail:

1) Name 2)Date of purchase 3)Verification code 4) original amount purchased.

Alternatively, you ca forward your receipt to the same email address.

 

PROMOTIONAL SERVICE POLICY

All purchases that are on sale or on promotion are non refundable and are subject to only one reschedule if necessary. If a second consecutive reschedule occurs, the reschedule will be charged at full price and promotional prices will no longer be made available to you. Reschedules are subject to our 'Reschedule / cancellation / No Show Policy which states: if an appointment is not rescheduled/cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, to allow us reasonable time to re-book the time slot, we we must charge as though the appoint has been performed. No charge will occur for unforeseeable circumstances. E.g. Illness supported by doctor’s note. 

ONLINE STORE PURCHASE POLICY

All online  purchases made through our online store are non refundable as they are all individually ordered through our automated system from am external source. Allow 10 business days for your order to be delivered to our store. House 87 Barber & Beauty Salon will contact you once you order is available for pick up.  This does not effect your rights as a consumer under the ACCC  ( Australian Competition & Consumer Commission) regulations and laws.
